The Discovery service is tailored entirely to your personal preference.* When you sign up for a coffee subscription, we get to know what flavour profiles you like, how you brew your coffee, what regions you are excited about and so on. This helps us order beans you will be excited about every month! As your tastes change, you are encouraged to communicate with us so that we can adjust our selections for you accordingly.

*if you don’t have major preferences, let us know and we will have fun curating something unexpected!

Our roasters.

Featuring the incredible work of independent roasters across Canada, this rotating monthly selection allows us to highlight new and exciting talent in the coffee world that Winnipeg would otherwise not have access to in stores. Coffee arrives the first week of every month. Some beans that we have brought in thus far include award winning names such as Mokha Bunn (TO), The Colombian (EDM), Julius (MTL), Elysian (VAN), Yamabiko (QC), Pista (MTL), Java (TO), Kittel (MTL), The Library Specialty Coffee (TO), Zab (MTL) Hatch (ON), Traffic (MTL), No. 6 (Nelson, BC), 94 Celsius (MTL) Chance (ON), The Colombian (AB), Brûlerie du Quai (QC), and many more.

Better prices.

The breakdown is this: you pay $69 for 1 bag a month at a minimum of 3 month subscription. Take advantage of reduced pricing by signing up for a longer subscription at $110 for 5 months. Benefits of holding an active subscription card include $2 discounts on all in-house Pilot, Flatland and Rosso purchases and discounted filters for your at home brewing.
